Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped or production has not started.
If a cancellation request is approved prior to shipment, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
The item must satisfy the following conditions to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in the original condition received.
  • The original packaging must be included.
  • Valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must accompany the return.

Please contact customer support before returning any item. Return instructions must be received and followed before shipment.
Customers will not pay more than one shipping fee overall, including original and return shipping where applicable.
No restocking fees will apply.

Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an email will be sent confirming that the return has been processed.
You will be notified whether your refund request is approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, typically within several business days depending on processing times.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund does not appear:

  • Verify your bank account.
  • Contact your card issuer; processing may take several days.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided after approval.
Customer-initiated returns for personal reasons may require the customer to cover shipping.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will have return shipping covered.
