FAQ – Ordering & Customer Support

Placing an Order

Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout using PayPal or the standard checkout method.
Provide your email, full name, and shipping address.
Enter any promotion code in the Discount field if applicable.
Confirm your delivery address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.

Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact customer support with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear image under 1MB showing the issue

After verification, the correct products will be shipped at no additional cost. Email: service@lumenciia.com

Order Confirmation
Check your inbox for your order confirmation and order number. If not found, please check your spam folder.

Modifying Orders
Requests for changes can be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed. After that, the order may already be processed. Contact: service@lumenciia.com

Shopping Cart Operations

Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Update Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.

PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → sign in → confirm payment → return to confirmation.

Applying Discounts
Enter your promo code → click Apply → the discount will appear in your order summary.
